I could not have asked for more from an agent. I made a temporary move to FL to assist in the sale of my parent's home. Had it not been for Matt it would have been a terrible experience. The market had just shifted but Matt never gave up. His persistence in the sale of their home was nothing short of amazing. Not only did he continue to move forward he made sure that when I had to go back to PA he kept me updated in every way. In addition to his part of the sale, he helped me with finding liquidators to empty the home and contractors to fix the things that made the home ready to sell. He held my hand through the entire process, including the things that were not in the scope of what a realtor was responsible for doing. I could not be more appreciative of the effort and attention he gave. If you are looking for someone that not only cares about selling your home but cares about you then Matt is the person you want in your corner.
