Have used many realtors in the past, Matt by far is the best!

We have bought several homes over our lifetime and I can honestly say Matt has been the best realtor we have ever had. He has great knowledge of the area and home values which is expected from any good realtor however, what separates Matt from the rest is his demeanor and his personality. By the end of our transaction, I did not consider Matt our realtor. I consider him a friend. But to add to that, he guided us so that we benefited most from moving our Homestead from one house to the next using the portability clause that I had no idea even existed until Matt brought it up. This saved us thousands of dollars a year in taxes. I can’t thank Matt and his team enough. He made the purchasing process seamless and I’m giving Matt a lot of credit here his team was just as good. Bottom line as we look to buy more property in this area we will surely be using Matt and his team for their expertise. I’ve already recommended him to several friends.
