I live in the Seattle area and was interested in purchasing a home in Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately I could'nt travel to Florida for the research and personal inspections. This was going to be a long distance purchase, site unseen. Due to the three hour time difference, Mat would be on the phone with me many nights past eleven PM, even on weekends. It seemed to me that he put all else aside in order to make this happen for me, and my family.
