When we met in FLA Matt was fully prepared and so easy to work with. He gave his advice but did not intrude on our decision. Worked with the other broker to close the deal. Matt was a true blessing during a very difficult time. He hired a professional photographer for the listing which showcased the beauty of the house. Then Hurricane Helene hit. The house flooded and had to be completely torn out. Matt offered supportive empathetic advice throughout to help us make the right decision for us on moving forward.
