When I met with our agent, Lynn, and Matt I immediately felt like this was the right fit for us. They have a clear, well laid out marketing plan, an extensive understanding of market trends and a specific approach to making sure your home sells for either the most money or in the quickest amount of time - based on YOUR needs. For us, we wanted to sell fast but also had a minimum price we needed to get. They arranged for the stager to come to our home. The list she gave us was two whole pages long of what to change, paint, move to where, pack, etc. We did approximately 80% of the list she provided us with. The photographer who came to photograph our home, Erik Thorsvik, was amazing as well. His photos were taken from the best vantage points and highlighted the best parts of our home. He even helped my husband get the kids shoes and socks on when he got there so they could run and play outside while he was taking photos inside. Little things like that stick out in my mind as prepping a house for sale with little kids was such a daunting task to me. Long story short, our home sold in 4 days, for $4k OVER our asking price. Working with Lynn, Matt, Stacey and the rest of the Matt Wyble team at Champion was the BEST decision we could have made for selling our home and I recommend them to everyone I talk to who is looking to sell or buy.
Real Estate Professional doesn't begin to describe Matt and his team. Therapist/Stress management consultants should be added to their title. The process of selling and buying a home is stressful by nature, but Matt and his team made the process extremely easy. When the process got stressful for my wife and I, Matt was there to help, Stacey was there to help, Mary was there to help, Karen was there to help. This is a team of wonderful people, who are extremely knowledgeable, that don't make you feel like clients, but rather friends and family. If we had an issue on our punch list, Matt had a guy for that right away, if we needed a specialized inspection at our new house, Matt knew who to call for that. And not only did he know them, they knew him personally, which put us at ease because we knew we'd get honest opinions. He had the answers for everything before I had the question. We can't recommend Matt and his team enough!!!
