Wants vs needs. That was one of Matt’s early questions for us, and he kept our answers uppermost throughout our transactions. He sold our existing home on the exact timeline he projected and helped us find our new home. He coordinated our settlements to be on back to back days which helped our timeline. He was always available to answer my many questions but never once made me feel like I was bothering him. Every time I felt panicked (which was often for me) he would listen and then explain how things were progressing and why I didn’t need to be worried. Bottom line, he knew the market, knew how to get us the most from our sale and save us the most on our purchase. We’ve already recommended him to others and will happily continue to do so.

The process of selling and buying a home is stressful by nature, but Matt and his team made the process extremely easy. When the process got stressful for my wife and I, Matt was there to help, Stacey was there to help, Mary was there to help, Karen was there to help. This is a team of wonderful people, who are extremely knowledgeable, that don't make you feel like clients, but rather friends and family. If we had an issue on our punch list, Matt had a guy for that right away, if we needed a specialized inspection at our new house, Matt knew who to call for that.
