We met Matt initially through our rental property, where Matt was our landlord. We had been in the “renters world” for some time and Matt was the first amazing landlord we had and turned into an even better realtor. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know the first thing about the process or what we were setting ourselves up for and Matt met with us and answered all of my questions and gave us all the information we would need to know. When we decided to move forward with the buying process, Matt directed us to his team and preferred lender, Kris Hocum. Matt and Kris are both very personable and set up us for success.
