Listed with Matt and about a week later were in escrow with two firm offers. The offer accepted had some picky contingencies that Matt diplomatically convinced the buyers broker to handle. During the escrow Matt had some medical issues which did not detour him from his duties to his client, and has since had medial attention which appears to have been successful.

Matt answered my many frantic texts, phone calls during these two transactions immediately and always had answers, always calming with reassurance. Yet handled all the minor details that didn’t require my attention so to allow me to continue with normality, which speaks to his expertise and integrity.
