Matt touched base with my husband and myself in March of 2021. At the time, I told him we were working with a local agent and he asked if he could still send us some homes that met our needs. We said yes. Within a week, the agent that we were dealing with, dropped us-(we were out of state and required more attention). Matt was dedicated. From March to October he sent us 85 homes that he thought would meet our needs. We made a trip in May to review homes, In August/Sept. and again in October.
