Matt was phenomenal! We were looking for a home for my elderly mom and Matt was with us every step of the way! He made sure we found a place that could comfortably accommodate my mom's needs. His attention to detail was spot-on! He advocated for us and provided excellent information and guidance about the entire process. He was ALWAYS available to visit in person or over the phone. He stayed in contact with us, and we were never left hanging or wondering what was happening. We just knew he had our backs. It was really comforting because this was a big move for my mom, and she was extremely nervous about everything. So, it was nice to know we had Matt in our corner! I can't give him enough stars!
