My wife is disabled with medical issues, and wasn't comfortable with my having to work almost an hour away, so we decided to move about an hour across town, so I could come home quickly in an emergency. And selling a house that was still occupied was not an option for us (2 cats, and a lot of clutter). So we moved, leaving a vacant house, an hour away. It was a beautiful city home near downtown Orlando, but it needed a little work. Difficult to manage from across town. Matt not only helped us with some of the clean-up/touch-up, but was willing to go to the house when I couldn't to let cleaners in, or an AC repair man. Whatever it took. He also did some follow-up cleaning when the professional job didn't meet his expectations. And this is all before the selling even started. He had several open-houses. Knew the market, and what a similar home in the same building sold for, so he was able to price the home fairly to sell. Of course you always want more, but I trust Matt knew what was right. And he always made it easy for my wife, coming to us for any paperwork that needed to be signed, as he knew what an effort it is for my wife to get around. So I'd say if you are looking for a realtor who will give you personal service and do a little extra that might not be in the handbook, Matt is your guy.
