My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Matt. Wow, he is a world class realtor who really knows the area inside and out and is extremely thorough from start to finish. We are new to the Carmel/Carmel Valley area and we were lucky to find Matt because we seriously could not have made this move without his guidance, knowledge and experience. He was very transparent from the start in terms of what to expect, what areas we should look into based on our needs and requirements and remained thorough each step of the way. He is responsive and communicates very effectively; he answered all the questions (I had too many at times!) so professionally and thoroughly, and we felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process.
