Matt is truly the best there is. When we first approached Matt to sell our Norwalk property in 2017, Matt did his due diligence for us and with the market then a sale would not have been viable. Matt helped us find great tenants to rent the property until the market changed. He helped us through the rental period (keeping in touch all the time) and then alerted us to a changing market in 2021. Matt managed the property sale, finding us a buyer at a great price. All the time, Matt took us step by step through the process. We can honestly say that Matt's support has helped us more than we can ever say.
