Selecting Matt as our Realtor was one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were new to the Charlotte area, and he was able to answer all of our questions. Matt also took the time to come with us to look at different towns and neighborhoods knowing that we weren't ready to put an offer in for another few months. Eventually we settled on new construction, and Matt was able to get us a fantastic deal through negotiations with the builder including appliances, and high end blinds included with the house.
