We decided to sell our home a few months ago. We were going to do it on our own until we got a call from Matt. He asked to set up a meeting to come see our home and talk about options. After meeting with him we wanted to sign with him BUT he told us to take 24 hours to think about it. After the 24 hours we decided to hire him because we didn't know the first thing about real-estate paperwork. While selling our home Matt gave us so much hood advice to getting our home sold and we sold our home! We NEVER "left him a message" he was ALWAYS available to speak to us if we had questions. He was also very respectful of covid recommendations and willing to do what made us comfortable! Matt is a top notch agent and so good at what he does so we hired him again to help us purchase a home ?? we were planning to do an RV and travel south for the winter BUT it wouldn't work with a 10 year old. So now he is our buying agent! It is just as stressful on the buying side BUT when you have a good agent they are always there to answer questions and Matt is always there for us! We can't thank him enough if an agent can deal with me THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS THANK YOU MATT for all you've done!
