Matt was a great realtor, he is very responsive will all of our calls and messages. We would send him houses that we wanted to see and he would schedule a tour that day if possible or the next day. I am a first time home buyer/VA LOAN user and I felt very comfortable with him all through the process beginning from our initial conversation. He first introduced me to the app that helps you do your own research and followed up with me often to make sure he was on the same page. He was supportive as I put a second offer on the house I wanted. Though our bid was lower and we wanted to re-offer, he took time and explained options of how to make our offer strong without forcing to do it one way and wasn’t pushy or overbearing.
