Matt McKeethan and I made Contact on a Tuesday. We put an offer in on a house Saturday morning. If Matt wasn't a go-getter, then we would have missed out (which was the problem with my two previous realtors). Matt was a Godsend to our family. He knew exactly what to do at all times and communicated everything to us in the perfect manner. We were living over 2 hours away at the time of our purchase, so Matt was our eyes and ears throughout the entire process. I trusted him from day one to take on such an immense responsibility. He handled that responsibility gracefully! Matt is wise beyond his years. I could not believe how young he was! I felt like I was dealing with a realtor with 30 plus years experience.
