I was extremely satisfied by Matt and how he handled my real estate transaction! From the beginning Matt was beyond helpful. He actually convinced me that my house was worth more than I originally thought. He walked me through the timeline of what it would look like to sell my home. I think where I was most surprised was the amount of time he took to help me make sure my house was ready to show. He walked thru the home with me and gave me advice of pictures to take down/put up, furniture to remove or move, and certain small improvements I could make to really highlight my property. There are a lot of realtors in LA, but there's only one Matt May. I suggest you take advantage of his skill.
