Matt is my favorite realtor and one of my favorite people in town. Our house was sold within 5 days of being listed and we purchased our #1 house. Matt spent hours driving around Dallas with us looking at 29 houses over the span of a couple short weeks and answered hundreds (if not thousands) of questions. His attention to detail and knowledge of home building is unlike any realtor - as we walked into every house he was able to explain to us what kinds of options we would have and what making adjustments would entail. He listened carefully, he responded quickly and I will refer to him to everyone.
