Matt was very personable. Very attentive to our needs and concerns. He worked tirelessly to find us the right house on exactly our right budget and get us the best offer on our house. He was very considerate of our worries and explained everything in great detail and set us at ease. We honestly had a very easy going and enjoyable experience working with Matt in what should have been one of the most stressful events in our lives because he's just that kind of agent. I highly recommend him to all of our friends and family and have already referred him out several times.

We asked Mr. Mansfield to help us sell our house and buy our new house, contingent of selling our house, and find a house outside of cities, within certain distance and budget, which ended up being a big area with a narrow band. Mr. Mansfield was very attentive to what we were looking for, and was willing to ride far to look for a house that might meet our requirements. He gave us good suggestions to help us focus on things that matter. He is well connected. Help is always close. He knows the process very well, and helped us stay on track all the way to closing, and even went above and beyond to help settle certain things after closing. We would definitely work with him again should the need arises. We high recommend Mr. Mansfield to help with all you home selling and buying needs.

I cannot recommend Matt Mansfield enough! He helped us find and negotiate a house in the midst of sellers market, where the odds were very against us. We are first time home buyers and Matt was very great about taking all the time we needed to feel comfortable and to educate us on the whole process. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time looking at houses that were TERRIBLE! It can be very overwhelming but Matt put us at ease. His rapport with the selling agent must have helped as well because were outbid by a large amount and were still able to win the house. He also helped us get the selling to chip in on a lot of big repairs on the house. I still cannot believe that we own a house now and I owe Matt a huge debt of gratitude for all his hard work to help us get here.

Listed our home with Matt in mid April 2018 and closed early June 2018. We liked Matt from the time of his first visit with us. He came well prepared with comps and suggestions the first day we met him. He is energetic, respectful, and informative.
