I happened upon Matt's website while searching for land value with a pond on it. I had a house with pond and 8 acres to be sold and was unsure what direction to take. Matt gave me suggestions on what I should do to make the house attractive to the home buyer. Matt was amazing and very efficient making sure all steps and regulations were met and as a result the very first couple to view the home within two hours after the for sale sign was displayed put in their offer and was accepted the next day. Matt was and is a professional at doing his job, his friendly manner towards everyone was nice to see in this day an time. As Matt will tell you that his loyalty is with you, his client.
