Enlisting Matt Lange to help my wife and I seek out and purchase our first home was the best decision we made in the entire process. He saved us from more headaches than we can count! He was very knowledgeable and honest about potential repairs and renovations (as well as realistic in giving estimates for the costs) that we would be looking at for each potential purchase. He was very diligent and perceptive throughout the home-buying process and he certainly had patience as we explored the many and various options. He never rushed us and took all the time that was necessary in visiting and revisiting certain properties that we were interested in. If you choose to go with Matt you will not be disappointed. He is friendly, extremely courteous and has an unbeatable work ethic. I never had to play phone tag when I called him with questions and he was always quick to respond to my emails and messages even if it was after working hours. He even lugged out a utility ATV so we could look at the large parcels of land we were interested in. How likely am I to recommend Matt Lange? I already have! He is currently helping my father look for an investment property. Seriously, give Matt a call if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
