Matt helped us investigate the local markets for several years leading up to our home purchase in 2020. We put in a successful offer on the first home we toured in a fast-paced and unique transaction. Matt provided significant assistance during the negotiation process that ultimately saved us thousands. He made himself available for questions and help every step of the way, including nights and weekends as the transaction required.
