Matt made our 1st home buying adventure a walk in the park. We told him we would probably sell in a few years and he gave us pointers on resale do's and don'ts. He found us the house me and my wife loved but it needed a lot of repairs. 14k worth of repairs. He managed to some how get the seller to repair what we wanted and also cover closing and a 1 year warranty on the home. All in all when we sell I will use matt and if I make the home a rental I will use matt.
