I worked with Matt Hume on a house purchase in March of 2012. It was a challenging transaction due to being a pre-forclosure with a fair amount of deferred maintenance. Matt was not only knowledgable, but was up front and honest about his reservations on my purchasing a home that had issues. I appreciated that he had my best interest at heart and wasn't out to just make a commission. He was timely in calling me back and alway's brain stormed with me. As a team we were able to get through the process. Matt is "good people" and I would recommend, if not insist that he be the one to take care of any family or friends. He is professional and an absolute joy to work with.
