We are new to the Bay area, so Matt really helped us understand our needs and then made recommendations based on his knowledge of SF and the bay area. Matt was also extremely patient with my husband and I as we figured out what we wanted. He showed up various options that helped us narrow down our search. Matt was fantastic throughout the process of buying my first home. From the day I met him via zoom I knew he had things under control. He operated in a very professional manner and was extremely organized. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t too familiar with all the terms, forms, disclosures or even the process itself. Matt made the time to walk me through sample disclosures and contracts before I even put an offer in. This helped me understand what my risks are and what to look out for when putting in an actual offer. He also has a great network of lenders and other providers that he had previously worked with – that made the process very smooth since everyone was marching in the same direction. What I liked about Matt’s approach is that I was able to reach him 24/7 – I could ask questions about houses that I found online and get his opinion on the neighborhood, he would send me comps for a place that I was considering or he would put together a day of house hunting and drive me across town to various homes. All in all I think he offers a 5-star service and I would definitely recommend Matt to be your next realtor.

Just over a week ago, the sale of my one bedroom Mission District condo completed. Simply bringing this property to market was a challenge due to several HOA matters. Patiently and competently, Matt guided me successfully through those issues. He made outstanding recommendations for some improvements to the property before listing, along with nudging me to stage the property. The website and marketing photos that Matt actualized generated tremendous interest in the property. In the first three days of the listing being live, he showed the property 35 times. This generated three offers above listing price. I was thrilled to be in contract six days after the listing went live with an outstanding offer. As if these achievements were not enough, Matt and I collaborated on this sale with me being over four hundred miles away.
