We are so impressed with Matt! From showing us the property, to helping us make a good solid offer, to supporting us through the time waiting for closing... he was right there for us. We are so impressed with what Matt did for us as closing was approaching and we realized that the sellers were clueless with what was normal for the final walk through and closing. And that the selling agent was not helping them through the process and was also not very communicative. Matt Heitmann even went as far as having someone he knew come and pick up all of the trash and furniture that the sellers left so that we didn't have to deal with it. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area. It was clear to us that he is a very honest person, really knows values of homes, keeps his clients well informed and helps every step of the way through the process.
