I have no hesitation in recommending Matt as he gave an outstanding realtor service to us in our search for a home in Des Moines. He is responsive, accommodating and hard working, we got the view that he was 100% on our side from day one. He is honest and able to answer our questions - anything he took away from a conversation he responded on quickly and got us an answer. He researches quickly and was able to support our successful bid for a house we wanted and he moved quickly to make sure we were successful.

I have worked with a few different realtors in the past and they were good, but Matt was a step above the rest. We were looking to purchase our first investment property, and Matt was very helpful in the process. We had some problems with our original lender, and Matt was able to recommend a lender to get the deal closed on time.
