Great experience!
Matt was great from start to finish. I needed a little hand holding as I had lived in my house for 40 years. He gave me suggestions to get the house ready to show at it's best. He was always available for any questions and walked me through decisions. His experience, reputation and knowledge of advertising paid off for me. He sold my house at full asking price after four hours on the market! He continued to be fully with me until all was done. It doesn't get much better than that!
