I unfortunately found myself in a need to purchase a home with very short notice and on a short timeline. In a community saturated with agents, I honestly didn’t know who to call, so I prayed for a sign. On a grocery shopping trip at Ingles, I happened to look down at my cart and there he was. Matt Elliott has ads on all the shopping carts and now I know why. His smile, the look of confidence on his face …there was no question this guy had a deck of man cards and he knew how to play them. I immediately called him and introduced myself and it was like we were old friends out of the gate. It was nothing short of a miracle – and I know I’m not the only one. In a market with limited inventory, the perfect house practically fell out of thin air! Long story short, Matt had me under contract, inspected, appraised and closed in less than 45 days when everyone else said it wasn’t possible. He treated me like I was his only client when I know he was juggling dozens of others. There’s nothing this guy won’t do to serve his clients. He’ll babysit, he does chores… you name it. I can’t speak highly enough of Mr Elliott – unfortunately the stars stop at 5, otherwise he’d probably get 7 or 8. Also worth noting that he is very single and available. If you’re 25-70yrs old and looking for a 30-something successful guy who’s got it all, call Matt. He won’t disappoint – I promise. You’re probably thinking this is a fake review – its not. I’m a real client and I can be verified. He’s really that good.

Matt was great, evaluated the home and we discussed different prices for the initial listing and what the possible outcome would be at different price levels. Also, went over what needed to be done to the home to make sure we got the most out of our home. Matt and his team were great, not only did he hit the nail on the head with his pricing recommendations, it happened quicker than estimated. Thanks MatT!

Matt Elliot was thorough, considerate, very respectful. He listens to buyer and seller needs. He negotiates fairly and honestly. He is a man of integrity. He is personable and deliberate. It is refreshing working with a professional with his ethics and wisdom.

The process of selling my house seemed overwhelming and exhausting to me, but Matt went above and beyond from the beginning which made the entire process much less stressful! He always had an answer for each of my questions, he made sure that deadlines were met on our end, and he even helped me find a place to rent while going through the process of selling my home. He priced my house appropriately and it was only listed for two days before it went under contract. He’s a genuine, honest person and I wouldn’t have used any other agent!
