Couldn't have asked for a better agent to deal with. Matt helped us navigate a somewhat difficult purchase that had multiple moving pieces. Matt worked day (and night, unfortunately) to help us get through all of the issues and helped everything go smoothly at settlement. Perhaps most importantly, he was extremely responsive and answered all my (sometimes admittedly stupid) questions immediately. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
