Matt and Karley Cole are absolutely wonderful. My wife and I met them at an open house; not really sure what we were looking for. Matt and Karley helped us narrow down what we needed to have and what our options were, while staying within our budget. Throughout the process, they went out of their way to meet our requests; often traveling several hours to meet with us. They put in the work to help guide us in finding the home that we truly wanted. They were always responsive and never hesitant to make a trip to talk with us face to face (even late into the evenings). With their assistance, we were able to sell our home in less than a week (We actually bought a new home and sold our home with all paperwork completed in one day; a Saturday to boot!). Matt and Karley look passed what other realtors often do not; they truly care about people. They will tell you how it is and assist you with any situation that comes to light. I cannot say enough great things about them. If you are looking for a team that will have your back and also get things done, don't pass up an opportunity to work with them. My wife and I are fortunate to have had the opportunity and can now gladly call them our friends. We look forward to seeing them soon!
