Matt was referred to us by a family member, and he is such a great realtor! Anything we asked he would have an answer even if he didn’t know he would find out and get back to us - he is very easy to talk to and he definitely cares about the state/conditions of the house and neighborhoods that people look at and will tell you what he thinks i.e. pros and cons. We definitely recommend him to any and all in the market for a house.
