As I said in my survey, Matt is a realtor's realtor; he took great pains to ensure that we were happy with his service and guidance, was ever so much the gentleman, and never pressured or pushed us to make a decision, but gracefully allowed us time to mull over our options and decide what was right for us, not for his wallet (which I still hope saw a nice payday!).
