I did not know Matt Brittingham prior to researching on the internet. I simply just wanted to start the searching for what types of properties were out there with the intent to purchase a property in the Rehoboth Beach area within the next 2 years. I told Matt that and one of the reasons I decided to stay with Matt was because he was knowledgeable, but didn't "push" us into considering any of the 4 properties that he had shown us. We then found our perfect property a few weeks later and knew Matt would be the perfect one to represent us.
