We trusted Matt with listing our home for sale

We trusted Matt with listing our home for sale. Matt grew up in Naples and knows the market in Collier and Lee county. He has high integrity and we felt comfortable with Matt's knowledge of our home and comparable homes in our market. Matt helped us out by meeting contractors at our home when we were not available, hired professional photographers and videographers and held several open houses. He followed up with every agent and clients when we reduced our price. Matt knows the market, knows homes and finishes and the value of each neighborhood and the amenities.
