Choosing Matt and Kim Bresee as our realtors was the best decision we could have made. They are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, strategic and have unparalleled dedication to their clients. They have a great understanding of the SWFL market and the entire selling/buying process. They provided high quality, professional marketing of our property that helped us to receive multiple offers in the first few weeks. They expertly guided us through the negotiation process and never pressured us to make any decisions, but gave us much appreciated pros/cons to help us evaluate our decision options. They were proactive in their approach, honest and have great integrity. As good as they were presale they were just as helpful post sale as they helped us sell our current home and purchase another one. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, but Matt and Kim, with support from Max, have been the best realtors we have worked with, by far. We would highly recommend them as our experience with them exceeded all of our expectations and they made a process that can be challenging, stressful and difficult very calm and well organized.
