Matt, Kim and Max put in the effort needed to see the house. This wasn’t sign the contract and that’s the last you hear from them…they were present at every showing actually selling, have great virtual tools, and had open houses nearly EOW until it sold. They even vacuumed and weeded if they showed up and the house was in need (vacant during lovebug season). I highly recommend.
