As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Matt was very responsive and dilligent to answer our questions and put us at ease. He negotiated with the seller to correct health and safety issues that needed to be completed for us to feel comfortable making our purchase. We could tell that our concerns were just as important to him and we never felt like he was giving us the run around. He was friendly and approachable to us and he knew when he needed to go to bat for us to make sure our concerns were addressed prior to closing escrow. I don’t know how we would have been able to go through escrow without Matt’s guidance. Matt was able to secure inspectors and contractors under a very short escrow period and provide services and estimates to us to present our concerns to the seller. It was extremely effective to have inspectors and contractors whom he had worked with in the past and trusted. We cannot say enough good things about Matt! We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but we know who to call for our next move! And we know who to call for advise on contractors in the area! Highly recommended!

Really a caring agent with so much experience to share. He's the best out there and I searched many! Matt is experienced in fixing houses. His experience helps us plenty to find the right house suitable for our budget and the type of project we are willing to undertake after moving in. He has a contractor background and he was able to identify some health and safety issues with our home. He had competent inspector validate the issues and professionally negotiated our offer to address the issues. Russ was very thorough with all the paperwork and communicated with us to effectivly get everything done on time. He was also available to help us on a weekend to give us access to evaluate what repairs would need to be made. Matt and Russ have my highest recommendation.
