Matricia Jackson

Matricia and her team really care about their clients! We worked with agent Courtney Brown. They all work diligently on paperwork, answer questions or concerns in a timely manner and make sure that you are 100% sure with your decision. The home inspector they have come out puts the icing on the cake and never miss an uncaulk crack. My husband and I are very pleased and would recommend agent Courtney Brown, Matricia and the rest of team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you

My experience with Matricia was most pleasurable. My husband and I had no clue about home buying ,all we knew is we wanted our own home .Matricia took us by the hand and helped every step of the way .We didn’t have to worry about any detail at all .Matricia is extremely knowledgeable and professional with a personable touch .Even after our sale was complete, she helped us get things established with the new house ie.water connection. She follows up periodically to see how we are doing .She is really caring and takes pride in her work .I couldn’t have asked for anything more .SUPERB !

What I liked most about working with her is she stayed in contact with me through out the entire process if Matricia said that she would do something for you she did it! She also went to bat for me with the village of Dolton in which I will always be grateful for. She was awesome!!

Matricia was helpful and very knowledgeable and we can't thank her enough she provided us with info from start to finish with listings and going to the homes.

Thank you Matricia for making our home buying experience such a breeze! From start to finish, you were great at answering our questions and keeping us “in the loop.” Being busy at work, with kids, and multi-tasking has its challenges when trying to find the perfect home and you did a tremendous job of making sure we got the best loan possible. You even made sure we had ZERO closing cost and a nice cash back to furnish the new home. I will refer EVERYONE I know to you. Again, thanks for making this experience fulfilling for our family!!

I couldn't have gone through this experience of buying and selling a home without her .i wish i could rate her 10 stars ...Matricia Jackson is the best .
