Matilda is a true professional who can be relied upon to go far above and beyond what is required to simply list and sell a home. She assisted my family with selling both our home and my mother's home at the same time. Both homes sold well above asking price because we followed her advice throughout the preparation process and because of her strong negotiation capabilities. Matilda also has a very personal touch.
