Matilda has assisted me with the sale of two homes that had were occupied by my aging Mother and most recently my Grandfather. They had not updated their homes for many years and one had become a hoarder. Due to her skill, knowledge, professional resources and expertise Matilda was able to guide me so that I could maximize the profit I made by the sale of these homes. Initially, I was overwhelmed by the steps that were necessary to both clear out and repair these properties. I had no experience to draw from and no one else was there to help me. An inexperienced female can easily be preyed upon by dishonest contractors! Matilda was patient and went out of her way to help me. She even made me feel safe and secure.
