Mathias Arbeiter

Mathias is extremely knowledgeable about all the areas we looked at! He isn’t afraid to point out issues he sees with the homes. We looked at roughly 30 houses with Mathias and he helped us make sure we didn’t dread the process making us laugh and enjoy it instead! He helped us find an inspector and lawyer. I wish everyone had a Mathias to help them look at houses. If you have a chance to work with Mathias definitely take that opportunity!

Mathias was a very informative and knowledgeable realtor. Always put together properties that would suit our growing needs as a growing family. Although our family is large in size a budget was always thought of first and Mathias delivered on properties that both accommodated both our budget and essential needs. My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and Mathias was able to answer all of our questions and was extremely responsive even when difficult/challenging questions were presented. The professionalism and insight of Mathias proved most valuable while navigating a still difficult housing market. For example, Mathias introduced us to many people who were crucial in the home buying process. Arguably the most important was our inspector Mike who was able to weed out and provide top of the line expertise on the property, some great do's and don't, and in the end saved us thousands of dollars by negating the risk of making a poor purchase. Mathias takes his time to understand the client and their livelihood and I actually felt heard and important when doing business with Mathias. Although he is young, if he treats every transaction the same way that he treated ours, the sky is the limit for this young man!

We first met Mathias on Father’s Day. He gave up time on a family day. He is a young man who knows what he is doing in the realty world. He knew about the house we looked at. He was enthusiastic and he was with us throughout the whole purchasing process. We lived 4 hours away and he was a wonderful contact and helped us in the Gowanda area for contacts and information to make the process smoother. He also worked with our bank, although they were very difficult. He was a star. He is still a great and one of the people we know in Gowanda. A wonderful area.

Selling our house seemed like a daunting task but Mathias was encouraging and kept the ball moving fast! Starting with the amazing pictures that captured our house beautifully, to listing it in a timely fashion, hosting open houses and promoting it constantly, we finally took an offer that got us into our dream home. He worked with us to make sure we were financially covered and brought in another teammate to help keep our listing fresh and relevant. We are excited to be moved on into our new chapter and couldn't have done it without him.

We weren't actively looking for a new house but have always kept an eye out for a one with land. After looking at another potential house that we knew was an immediate no for our family, Mathias showed us this house. At first we were skeptical but gave it a shot anyhow, after our first showing we came back the next day for another one and we were sold! Mathias quickly got the ball rolling to get our house on the market & sold so we could get into this house. Almost a year later and we cant believe this is ours with all its land and charm!

Mathias made the home buying experience absolutely incredible, when we had a house we wanted to look at he set everything up and had us looking at the house within the next day or two. When we had questions he answered them. He is a very motivated, honest, and I couldn’t have imagined this process without him, I recommend him to everyone I know who is looking into buying a house or even just wanting to look at house. Truly amazing human being!!!
