We came to know Mathew Thomas through our community events that he had sponsored. Talking to him, we found out that he was knowledgeable and up to date on the real estate market and local needs. The market research on our house, the services he was ready to offer, his professionalism, and his approachable personalities convinced us to go forward with him. Mathew provided us a comprehensive package where he took care of everything from market research to suggest the price, help cleaning, preparing the house for sale by getting rid of things we don’t need and removing the clutter, staging the property, listing the home, marketing it in the local community, twilight showing with wine and cheese for community, open-house, negotiating and final sale. This had minimal disruption of our daily routine and gave us the peace of mind. He was very proactive and truly working for us by immediately following up, day or night, on several instances while getting the house ready, document ready, during negotiations, and post sale. Mathew was always available for us, in one instance when the cleaning crew was not there to remove our personal items, hours before staging, he personally came over and helped us. Mathew was excellent and we had a very good experience selling our home and would wholeheartedly recommend him to you. We had a hassle free, helpful, quick and professional experience with him.
