Mathew is very knowledgeable in the sales process and handles the sales process nicely. I think the following needs attention, 1. Area knowledge - Mathew didn't have a good knowledge of Cerritos, though he claimed he had. 2. Since he didn't have a good knowledge of the market, he went ahead with his standard process for selling. I had to make a lot of unnecessary modifications because of his inexperience of the area. In Cerritos houses get sold like hot cake, no need to make any modifications. I lost around 25K because of that. 3. Most of his helpers like movers or staging etc are very expensive. I could have paid close to 10K more if I went with his people. 4. He doesn't get the best price for you. All he wants to do is get it sold. I believe, I could have had another 20K or more from the sales. 5. Finally he rushes too much. It was a real nightmare selling the home. I believe again he wants to finish it off fast.

He was very proactive and truly working for us by immediately following up, day or night, on several instances while getting the house ready, document ready, during negotiations, and post sale. Mathew was always available for us, in one instance when the cleaning crew was not there to remove our personal items, hours before staging, he personally came over and helped us. Mathew was excellent and we had a very good experience selling our home and would wholeheartedly recommend him to you. We had a hassle free, helpful, quick and professional experience with him.
