Matt is the agent we all wish we had

We were out of town sellers, never had seen the house or even ever had met Matt for that matter. To add more complications for Matt, we were out of the country twice during the negotiations of the sale and the he man that owned this house (an elderly man) had given us Power of Attorney to help him in the sale of the house. Matt smoothed all of this out beautifully, managed the listing, the sale details, had helped oversee the final clean out of the house, answered our many questions with knowledge and kindness and acted in our best interest at every moment. He is a nice man and was also very kind and understanding towards the family that was renting our house. Matt was responsive on every occasion and did everything in his power to make this a painless transaction. We never felt rushed, under pressure to act, or under pressure make decisions. He made the problems that did crop, much less frustrating. He made his job look so easy but of course it was not! Thank you again Matt for everything you have done.
