Mataya was so helpful in my search for a new home. Whenever a home would come available she would let me know of it, and asked if I'd be interested in a viewing. The day that she told me of the home that I ended up purchasing, it was just listed that same day. She texted me at 1:00 PM, and I wanted to view it, so by 3:30 PM that same day, we went for the viewing. I loved the place, and put my offer in, and by 10 PM that night they accepted my offer.
