In our opinion Karen and Masoud Saberzadeh with Realty One Group/Summerlin are the two best real estate agents in the Las Vegas area.  They are always right on the ball answering or returning calls, sending you information on listings for properties or rentals matching your requirements, and most importantly; they are always on time when meeting you at a property for showing.  Not to mention that they include a conciergie service that helps you with changing/starting electric service, gas service, and much more.      My wife and I first used their sercvices in July 2018 to sell our condo in North Las Vegas.  It sold in three weeks.  When we decided to buy another condo in November 2020 they were the first ones we called.  This time it took a whole month from start to closing.      While it is unlikely that everyone will experience such rapid results, I am certain that they will receive the same great service.  Take it from a couple of two times satisfied clients.
