Two homes we owned in different towns sold within 3mos

We were hesitant to list both homes with same realator due to the location of the homes. We knew we made the correct decision when the first home sold within 3 days of listing for cash, over the listing price. The 2nd home also was sold quickly 28 day escrow however Solar Co. and hazard weather at the location of their headquarters caused the delay for a month. Yet Escrow closed on the 2nd home within 3 months of listing. My husband passed away was the reason we sold both homes. Mason went beyond anything I expected in explaining each detail to me. Not being a techy, he walked me through Docusign etc. He even took my trash cans down our hill. The staging of our home was lovely.
