Working with Masiel was such a great experience. Masiel was very trustworthy and honest from the start. She was very comfortable with all aspects of buying and allowed us to have a peace of mind. She was prompt and has the best communication with her clients. She treated us like family throughout the entire process. She made every step seem seamless and worry free. Even with the small hiccups we had, she was sure to make us feel confident about our purchase. We would refer Masiel without hesitation. We would contact her again for any future endeavors. Thank you Masiel!!

Masiel Sanchez was greatly appreciated for getting us into a brand new house and did it with ease and the closing on the house was pretty quick. She was able to work with the builders and help me use my VA Benifits. I highly recommend Masiel.

Masiel was extremely helpful in selling our first home. She guided us through every step, making us feel at ease. Thanks to her hard work, the process was smooth, and she ensured we got the best offer. I highly recommend working with her for buying or selling a home.

Best Realtor EVER!!! Guaranteed!!! Super hard working, patient and very tentative to one’s needs.. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. Will use Masiel for life

Masiel was a pleasure to work with. Polite and reasonable through negotiations and bringing our contract to completion. Her “can do” attitude really made for a good experience and it made the escrow process seamless. Although we had a few bumps in the road, Masiel kept her cool and kept charging to bring the home to a close. Great job Masiel! I hope to work with you again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Masiel to purchase a new dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Masiel was professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority.

She was attentive and prompt with putting in my offer. Was very communicative with me throughout the purchase of my home.

Masiel brought us a well prepared offer and represented her client well in a multiple offer situation - she advocated for her client in a way that made their offer stand out!!
