Buying our first home as a family of immigrants was such an exciting and fulfilling experience. It made possible with the help of Sally. She had been super helpful and very patient with us. She even recommended our mortgage broker so it was an easy communication between her, our mortgage broker and our family. She offered us everything that we needed in order to start the whole process. It was definitely a tough process especially during the pandemic. It was frustrating to see and check beautiful houses in our area that were either we could not afford or we could not compete with the higher offers especially there was limited houses for sale but there were tons of buyers to compete with. Throughout the whole process, Sally has been re-assuring us that we would find the house for us, and when it comes we would know and feel it. We almost gave up in the middle of searching for houses because as time passes by, the house prices also go up, but Sally never gave up on sharing listings day by day and always telling us that no matter how tough the market is we would be able to find the right one. She definitely became part of our family as she wanted us to find our first home. She even went by herself checking the houses that we wanted and sending us pictures and her inputs. After months of searching and sending tons of offers, we finally found the one, and Sally did whatever was needed to beat the other buyers’ offers. She was right from the beginning that it was indeed possible to get our first house no matter how hard the process was. She was right that we would know which house was the one for our family.
