MARYLEIGH IS THE BEST!

Maryleigh is the absolute best in the business for selling AND buying. We have used Maryleigh for two purchases, and this was our second sale with her, and we couldn't be happier. We had to sell before we really wanted to as we were relocating for a job opportunity, and our initial outlook on the market was grim. Maryleigh came in and gave us recommendations on repairs prior to staging, then we got out of the way and she took over! She made our house look amazing with her own staging expertise and the resources she has available for other fixes to the property. After staging we hit the market and not long after we were under contract exactly where we wanted to be! Maryleigh navigated negotiations after that keeping our needs top of mind, and we closed in record time. She's truly the best we've ever worked with and we would never dream of using anyone else should we be back in the Austin market.
